Description
This Weber Rotisserie Kit for 57cm (dia) Charcoal Barbecues is a slow-roast rotating barbecue accessory.
It’s a great way to turn your barbecue into a spit-roast rotisserie. It works by gently rotating food above the cooking grate, this in turn enables the meat to self-baste whilst cooking.
Ideal for roasting a whole chicken, pork or a lamb above hot coals and because it does it slowly with the help of an electric motor, it will ensure meat is both crispy and moist.
The porcelain-enamelled ring also allows you to use it as an extension piece, creating more vertical cooking space in the barbecue, making it easier to cook larger pieces of meat.
