Our official Weber masterclasses are back!
We can't wait to welcome you to cook along with Weber pitmaster Shane McBagley on the 19th July 2024. The masterclass will run from 1800hrs-2100hrs.
You will get hands on with a whole host of grills and cook up some delicious food with expert guidance.
On the night, you will create and enjoy a Tex Mex menu;
- Mexican beer chicken quesadilla
- Tex-Mex smash burger with spicy ketchup, guacamole, American cheese and jalapenos
- Elotes – Grilled Mexican corn
- Seasoned vegetable fries
- Sticky rotisserie pineapple with lime and coconut yogurt
- Flat iron steak with spicy chimichurri
Attendees must be 16 years old or over. capacity is strictly limited to 20 people.
