TERMS & CONDITIONS

COLLECTING POINTS - You must spend at least £1 to qualify for points. The number of points issued may vary between purchases. 1 point will be awarded per £1 in store on eligible good. CGS reserves the right to alter these rates at any time. Points cannot be collected on gift vouchers, delivery charges or charitable items. The current redemption value of points is one point per every 2 pence spent. CGS reserve the right to change the rate at any time.

SPENDING POINTS - We reserve the right to make any product, at any time exempt from the scheme. When you make a purchase using your points, these will be deducted from your card. To spend your points, inform the cashier that you would like to pay with your points.

RETURNING GOODS - If you decide to return a product, we will deduct the points from your loyalty card that you collected when you purchased the product. If you return a product which has been purchased with points, the points spent will be re-credited to your loyalty card.

CUSTOMER LOYALTY CARD - Signature or use of this card constitutes acceptance of CGS loyalty scheme T&C's. This card is issued by and remaind the property of CGS, which reserves the right to terminate the scheme, decline issue of cards, withdraw or cancel points collected at any time. The points on the card are non-transferable. Members who have been found to abuse the scheme or attempted to abuse the scheme in any way can be removed at any time at the discretion of the CGS. The T&C's of this scheme can be altered at any time. You can get a copy of the latest T&C's by asking in store or by email to info@goonhaverngardencentre.com. In the event of withdrawal of the loyalty scheme, CGS will not be liable for any financial loss accrued by a customer in the form of points. If a card is lost, stolen or damaged we can replace it and transfer your old points balance for a nominal fee of £1. Points can only be redeemed on presentation of a valid CGS GreenClub membership card.

DATA PROTECTION STATEMENT - CGS will not sell, share or offer personal information about any loyalty scheme member to any third party for any purpose. Unless you state otherwise, CGS will contact you with offers and information about products, services and events of interest to you. The loyalty scheme member agrees that responsibility of updating personal information and address/contact details is entirely with them.
