Description
Using Bulleit bourbon whiskey and juicy burnt peaches, this BBQ sauce is lighter than Tubby Tom's' usual. It's got a kick, but lots of sweetness.
Excellent as a glaze for pork and chicken or just as a straight up dipping sauce.
Our favourite is to slather it all over a rack of ribs for the last half an hour or so of cooking on the barbecue....
