Become a barbecue master and join us for a Winter barbecue cookery masterclass at 5:30pm on Friday 6th December 2019 at Goonhavern Garden Centre. The masterclass will run for approximately 3 hours. We will be undercover but please wrap up warm!
You will cook (and eat!) a winter-themed three course meal with Weber chef Dan Cooper using both gas and charcoal barbecues.
Dishes cooked on the evening will include;
- Spicy pork belly tacos with red chilli and mango
- Gin cured smoked salmon with pickled red cabbage
- Apple wood smoked stuffed turkey
- Rosemary pigs in blankets
- Shredded sprouts with chestnuts and leeks
- Almond and goose fat crusted roast potatoes
- Pumpkin cake with salted caramel sauce
